RETURNS
We offer a 14 day returns policy. All returns must include a returns number and the original packaging and sent back via a signed for delivery method.
A full refund will be given for faulty items or items not as described in the product description.
A refund minus 15% restock processing fee will be given for any other reason for return ie:wrong size ordered.
Refunds will be issued once the item has been received back by us.
Please email us at returns@shirtmasters.co.uk for a returns number before sending anything back to us.
A refund will be refused if an item is not sent back via a signed for delivery service.
