If an account stays dormant for 12 months, the account will be closed and the account details will be deleted from our database.
When placing an order with us, please ensure all details are correct.
SHIRT INFORMATION
All the shirts we sell are original and not reproduction or cheap copies.
All pre-worn shirts are fully laundered by us before being sold.
We sell a variety of new and used shirts and we describe the condition of each shirt fully in the product description.
SIGNED SHIRT INFORMATION
All the signed shirts we sell have been obtained by www.shirtmasters.co.uk direct from the player(s) who has signed the specific item. We do not obtain any of our signed items from dealers or third parties. We offer a lifetime guarantee with all signed shirts and a www.shirtmasters.co.uk Certificate of Authenticity (COA) will be issued with each signed item. Our COA's have a unique tamperproof numbered hologram with a matching numbered hologram on the signed item. All COA details are stored on our database. The COA will list details of when and where the signature(s) was obtained.
We cannot accept requests for specific signed shirts.
SELL YOUR SHIRT(S)
If you have a shirt or collection of shirts that you are interested in selling, please email us at sellyourshirt@shirtmasters.co.uk. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to buy your shirt. We do not buy signed shirts and do not offer a valuation service on shirts.
PAYMENT MEHTODS
We accept the following payment methods:
Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Solo and Paypal.
DELIVERY INFO
All orders are sent out within 2 working days of being placed.
Items are sent out with an invoice in secure, durable and waterpoof packaging.
All items are sent out via a Signed For Delivery service which means a signature is required on delivery. If an item is returned to us by the postal carrier we will contact the buyer via email and re-delivery costs will be incurred.
Tracking numbers will be sent to the buyer via email.
At this time we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Postal delivery times are determined by the postal carrier as follows:
UK
Recorded Signed For - 1-2 working days - not guaranteed - tracked and requires a signature
Europe & Worldwide ( except countries listed below)
International Signed For or Airsure - 3-5 working days - tracked to point of departure in Uk and requires a signature
Countries requiring special shipping - China, Argentina, Indonesia, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and India
Fedex of DHL - upto 10 working days - tracked all the way and requires a signature.
Incase of Loss
All items are sent out tracked and require a signature on delivery. Every order is sent out fully insured to the sale price.
If an item does not arrive at its destination, we will put a claim in with the postal carrier and we will keep you updated with the claim.
Overseas and International Import Duty
If you order goods from shirtmasters.co.uk for delivery outside the UK they maybe subject to import duty and taxes which will be levied when the order reaches the delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duty and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For more information please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
Any orders being delivered outside the UK may be subject to additional duty charges. These charges relate specifically to the destination country and in all cases must be paid by the customer and not by shirtmasters.co.uk. If there are additional charges you will be informed by your local courier to your region at time of delivery.
RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 14 day returns policy from receipt of your order. All returned items must include a returns number, the original packaging and be sent back via a Signed For delivery method.
A full refund will be given for faulty items or items not as described in the product description.
A refund minus a 15% restock processing fee will be given for any other reason for return ie: wrong size ordered.
Refunds will be issued once the item has been received by us.
Please email us at returns@shirtmasters.co.uk for a returns number before sending anything back to us.
A refund will be refused if a returns number is not requested or an item is not returned via a Signed For delivery method.
